Established in April 2010 during the housing crisis, Straight Line Landscape emerged under Travis Daher’s leadership, driven by a commitment to excellence. Travis emphasized exceeding customer expectations by ensuring reliability and surpassing client needs. Travis Daher
Owner & President

Travis is the proud owner and president of Straight Line Landscape. He leads the company with a visionary approach and has worked for 20 years alongside his dedicated team. Travis’ expertise, creativity, professionalism, and steadfast dedication to the craft have earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Straight Line Landscape’s longevity in the Phoenix landscaping scene is a testament to his leadership. As a committed family man, Travis finds joy in balancing his professional pursuits and family life. He cherishes bonding moments with his wife and three children. His dedication to family and work demonstrates his strong personal and professional values.
AUDREY GRENIER
Controller
- with the team since 2016
Audrey is Straight Line Landscape’s controller and has been with the team since 2016. She is responsible for general and financial operations, from accounts payable and receivable to payroll, accounting, and human resources. Her critical roles allow her to make implementation recommendations to drive the company to reach its goals.Additionally, Audrey gets to know the clients during the onboarding process and manages their accounts. She helps with billing, payments, and payment arrangements. Audrey also answers most general account questions. Beyond her professional pursuits, Audrey cherishes moments with her family and four dogs. She is also into fitness, supporting Arizona sports teams, and appreciating the scenic outdoors.
AMANDA GRENIER
Human Resources / Accountant
Amanda is Straight Line Landscape’s accounting assistant. She assists in billing, human resources, and payroll but spends most of her time working in the company’s paver division. Her many talents include bartending, which she does at Cave Creek's Heart and Soul when she’s not in the office.Outside her professional commitments, Amanda enjoys quality time with her twin sister, two dogs, friends, and family. She loves exploring the great outdoors, whether strolling with her dogs or finding the best patio spots in town for Taco Tuesdays. Amanda is also a country concert enthusiast, reflecting her passion for cultural experiences.
JANIS BRADLEY
Purchasing & Production Manager

Janis is Straight Line Landscape’s hardworking purchasing and production manager who oversees the paver division. With 25 years in the aggregate business, Janis brings seasoned expertise rooted in her Wickenburg beginnings. Her adept management skills allow her to navigate the industry proficiently. Her upbringing among brothers ensures seamless collaboration in a male-dominated field. Janis’ life isn’t just painted with work. She spends her spare time bonding with her family and attending sporting events. She enjoys the great outdoors, going to camps, ski trips, and Spartan races whenever possible.
JON LUCAS
Construction Manager
Jon is Straight Line Landscape’s construction manager, with an impressive 25-year journey in the landscaping industry. His multifaceted career has seen him excel in various roles as a laborer, project manager, designer, purchaser, and now, as a construction manager. Jon exemplifies integrity, a passion for precision, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Originally from San Diego, Jon has dedicated his entire career to shaping Arizona's landscapes. His deep-rooted experience and versatile skill set reflect his unwavering dedication to the field. Beyond his professional endeavors, Jon is a passionate culinary and sports enthusiast.
NATE BANGHART
CAD Designer
Nate is Straight Line Landscape’s proficient Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drafter. He creates technical drawings that adhere to the industry's highest standards. Nate works closely with our designer to translate initial design ideas into visuals and help clients and crews picture the finished project. He also reviews CAD drawings to ensure they comply with established standards and discrepancies are resolved before production. When away from the computer, Nate enjoys an active lifestyle. He embraces outdoor activities like mountain biking and indoor rock climbing and cherishes time with family and friends. Nate embodies a balanced commitment to professional excellence and a vibrant personal life.
HECTOR ZARATE
Landscape Foreman

Hector has worked in landscaping for 28 years. He has been with the team for 20 years. Hector has been married for 15 years and has 3 kids: a 14-year-old girl, a 13-year-old boy, and a 12-year-old boy.
MARCO GUTIERREZ
Landscape Foreman
- with the team since 2010
Marco has worked in the Phoenix, Arizona landscaping industry for 30 years and has been with the team for 20 years. He values teamwork, sense of accomplishment, and having a good reputation. Marco has been married for 23 years. He has 5 children: 3 young ladies (22, 21, and 19 years old) and 2 young men (17 and 10 years old).
ANTONIO BRAVO
Paver Foreman

Antonio has worked in landscaping for 20 years and has been in the Straight Line Landscape team for 13 years. He has been married for 13 years and has 2 kids: a 9-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy. Antonio loves spending time with family outside of work.
EDUARDO PEREZ
Masonry Foreman

Eduardo has been in landscaping for 19 years and with the Straight Line Landscape team for 13 years. He has been married for 13 years and has a 12-year-old son. Eduardo loves family vacations outside of work.
MANUEL TREJO
Masonry Foreman
- with the team since 2010
Manuel has been in the landscaping business for 24 years and with the team for 20 years. He has been married for 11 years and has 3 kids: a 6-month-old boy, a 5-year-old girl, and an 8-year-old girl. Manuel deeply values relationships with customers and loves entertainment, dinners, and park strolls with family when not at work.
